This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site, including when you browse, submit forms, sign up for marketing communications, use tools/resources, or apply for roles.
2. Personal Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We may collect:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number (if provided), company name, role/title.
- Inquiry details: information you include in messages or forms (e.g., goals, timelines, budgets).
- Marketing preferences: subscription preferences, opt-in/opt-out status.
- Booking details (Calendly): details you submit when scheduling (e.g., name, email, selected time, and any intake fields we configure). Calendly describes the use of cookies and meeting-related “usage data” for its services.
- Job applicant details: information you submit during recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn URL, background details, and any materials you provide).
Do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., government identifiers, health information) through the Site unless we explicitly request it.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically (Cookies/Similar Technologies)
We (and our service providers) may collect:
- Device and usage data: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, pages viewed, time spent, clickstream data, and timestamps.
- Approximate location: derived from IP address (city/region level).
- Cookies and similar technologies: described below.
Google Analytics: Google states that Google Analytics collects first-party cookies and device/browser data and uses IP address during collection; for Google Analytics 4, Google indicates it does not log or store IP addresses.
Google Ads conversion tracking/remarketing: Google describes that Google Ads stores cookies about ad interactions, and the conversion tag reads those cookies to attribute conversions.
Meta Pixel: Meta Pixel is used to measure and improve advertising performance; third-party documentation commonly describes Pixel use of cookies to identify/match visitors, and Meta’s help center notes restrictions around placing a Pixel on websites you do not own.
2.3 Marketing Communications (Behiiv)
If you subscribe to our newsletter or marketing updates, we use Behiiv to manage subscribers and send communications. Behiiv publishes its own privacy policy governing its platform.
2.4 Payment and Subscription Information (Stripe)
If you purchase a subscription-based service, payment processing and billing are handled through Stripe (e.g., Stripe Checkout and Stripe Billing), and subscription self-management may be provided via a Stripe-hosted customer portal.
We may receive limited payment-related information from Stripe such as your name, email, billing address, subscription status, invoice/receipt identifiers, and partial payment method details (e.g., last four digits), but we do not typically receive or store full card numbers.
2.5 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from:
- Service providers that help operate the Site and manage leads (e.g., CRM, email delivery, analytics).
- Referral sources/partners (if you were referred to us).

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Targeted Advertising
4.1 What We Use
We may use:
- Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve content and performance.
- Google Ads tags to measure ad performance and conversions; Google explains conversion tracking relies on cookies in many cases.
- Meta Pixel to measure campaigns and build/optimize audiences; Meta’s help center highlights restrictions on Pixel placement (ownership/permission).
4.2 Your Choices and Opt-Outs
You can typically limit or manage cookies via browser/device settings. In addition:
- Google Analytics opt-out: Google provides a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics measurement.
- Google Ads personalization controls: Google describes controls/parameters to disable collection of remarketing data for users who don’t want personalized ads (e.g., “allow_ad_personalization_signals”).
If you disable cookies, some Site features may not function properly.
4.3 “Do Not Track”
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals; we generally rely on the controls described above instead.
